Living in the UK, was very impressed with the friendliness, courteousness and politeness of all the staff, and also their ability to communicate in English...exceptional for Eastern standards. I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and my stay at Hotel Mulia Senayan, and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends and colleagues. I am already looking forward to my next visit there!!
